Morgan O'Neal

A summa cum laude graduate with a Master's in Biblical Studies and pursuing a Doctorate in Formation and Soul Care, Morgan combines her passion for academics, arts, and spiritual formation. She serves as a driftwood artist, homeschools her five children, and helps individuals and organizations develop deeper relationships with Jesus.

William O'Neal

President of Seeds of Hope and cross-cultural worker with TMS Global, William brings expertise in organizational leadership and community development. With a Master of Divinity and pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, he works alongside his wife Morgan through Crafted Together, using their artistic talents to serve the Selma community since 2018.

Nesbert "Nez" Vaval

Originally from St. Lucia, Nez has served in Selma since 2016, using tennis as a platform for ministry and mentorship. A graduate of Asbury University and current Master of Divinity student, he and his wife Kelli serve as cross-cultural workers with TMS Global, focusing on discipleship and community transformation through sports and education.

Kelli Vaval

As Chief Administrative Officer since 2016, Kelli brings business expertise and community experience to Seeds of Hope. With an undergraduate degree in Business and pursuing an MBA, she leads various initiatives including Girls on the Run coaching and community outreach programs, while managing the organization's administrative responsibilities.

Jennifer Ford

Jennifer brings extensive experience in performing arts and community engagement to Seeds of Hope. She has spearheaded numerous initiatives including sporting events, performing arts showcases, and community partnerships. Her commitment to the arts is evident in her choreography and original youth plays, while her cross-cultural experience includes mission trips and serving as a TMS Global worker in Alabama.
